Although automated Link Check software is used to check links, manual checks are always carried out on links that display in the results as being 'broken', 'socket errors' etc. Manual checking is a priority as it is often found links are functioning when the software displays them as being unavailable. We do not consider there is an expectation for our web site to carry broken links therefore on average we check the site fortnightly, apply monthly statistics updates (below) and any broken links located will be removed if we are unable to resolve them. Winning site and/or general site link titles will be listed in the text boxes below for a time frame of one (1) month from the date of listing and if no owner response is forthcoming, they will then be removed.
