A wonderful Award program, the Time Keeper Award Program is beautifully designed graphically and displays excellent content in a 'family safe' setting. The owners mission is to recognize webmasters who have taken the time to build quality sites which are of interest to those who view sites on the Internet. The Time Keeper Awards is not designed in the usual format viewers are used to seeing in award programs: the dedication Poem to the owners late Mother draws one into needing to learn more about the site owner and the web site. A true asset to the award community, the constant hours of hard work and dedication injected into the web site are obvious to all ultimately providing an excellent contribution to the WWW.
