- that any award program owned by O.N.Z.C.D.A™ is managed in an ethical manner from management to staff this then flowing through to our applicants. The Code of Ethics is not just a page of words to add some 'bulk' into our award program nor does it display empty words. We would never display the Code of Ethics unless we could measure up to the ethical requirements it represents. All who work within this award program strive to provide the best they can for those who place their trust in them and that is what all our applicants do - they trust us to do right by them even if they do not achieve an award; that we will treat them with respect maintaining their dignity, integrity and confidentiality, always being honest with them and more.
This means that the award program, applicants, their applications, assessments, results provided and any other forms of communication with applicants must all be managed with extreme adherence to ethical behavior by our assessors and management strictly holding to high quality ethical standards at all times. There must be no negative lapses in our behavior with the result being that applicants, visitors and assessors can be secure in the knowledge that not only are they being validated and respectfully treated but they can also pass on similar treatment to others thus maintaining the honor and integrity of themselves and the awards they seek or offer.
O.N.Z.C.D.A™ practices a self auditing system. We are a team - making team decisions. We monitor each others work ensuring top quality control having a firm foundation of a set standard of behavior that we all abide by. Some of our staff have their own individual award programs and these are all managed under similar conditions and behind all this is the Code of Ethics that promises much to applicants but delivers little if not honestly adhered to. Our applicants are our main asset. They may not always achieve awards from us but we believe they are all winners regardless - that they have untold value within our award program for they make us what and who we are. We believe they deserve the best and our Code of Ethics helps us to provide that for them.
