We will never

Without bias or prejudice we will always only disqualify web sites when we discover illegal content, breaches of our regulations, infractions within our criteria or where our minimum points level of 80 from 100 is not achieved.

This may mean there are other disparities within the web site that have not been reported.

It is not our job to 'proof' any web site that applies to this award program. We will not provide a step by step report so an applicant may make the changes and reapply for and achieve our award on the next application attempt. We want our applicants and the achievers of our awards to maintain the honor and integrity of their work and our awards and this will not be achieved if our award process provides for us to 'give the answers' to our applicants. It is the responsibility of the applicant to make any required changes prior to the application - not that the result of the application is a process to proof their web site for errors.

Applicants should never forget we are human - none of us are perfect and we do not strive to be so. We make mistakes because we are human but because we are a team working together, each of us are charged to be honest, therefore if 'mistakes' are made these will be immediately dealt with.
