- so if, during your web site assessment timeframe you are notified by us that there are one (1) or more of our disqualification items excluding copyright/trademark infringements, promotion of violence, racism, pornography, illegal activities - warez etc, defamation/hate messages and/or non compliancy with our Child Safety/Privacy Polices displayed in your web site you will be given forty eight (48) hours from the time of your receipt of our email to make satisfactory correction/s to any disqualification item/s you have been notified of.

•  Excluded from our 'second chance' option are any web sites that display any of the exclusion items listed above and any Web Site of the Month and / or Year nominated sites.

You must then contact us informing us the criteria item/s has/have been completed and we will continue our assessments of your web site.

If you do not contact us within the applicable timeframe assessments of your web site will be discontinued and you will be contacted with your final results.
