Published incitement

An international covenant supported by 148 nations that belong to the U.N. outlaws any advocacy of national, racial or religious hatred that constitutes incitement to discrimination, hostility or violence. Many of these countries ban hate speech with a national law as well. Their laws don't ask prosecutors to show that a hate monger actually caused an act of violence - it is enough if the person intended to. In brief, this means that one should not write, print, utter or publish any seditious words with the intention of causing violence or creating public disorder or public disturbance.

We believe in maintenance of the law ( in this instance related to violence or creating public disorder or disturbance ) and we will, upon finding displayed and / or direct and / or indirect linking to incitement within web pages that can be proven, ban the web site from any assessment or immediately remove the web site if it is displayed within any of our listings.
