When your application is received several events take place.

a - Your application email will be checked to ensure you have correctly met the requirements within the application form.

b - If your application is not correct, we will terminate the application and will notify you of our reason for doing so.

c - If your application is correct, your application will be given a code number and will be listed within the appropriate link at our Statistics Center ( see upper right side navigation. )

d - You will then be contacted by us being given the following information: an assessment time frame / directions to the applicant status check in / your applicant status code number / information on our requirements for web site content copyright and ownership issues / and information referencing potential assessment results. We will also send you our applicant nominee badge however it is not mandatory that you display the badge or link to us at this time.

a - Our staff now have access to your applicant status code number, country of origin, web site title, URL and web page browsing. coding type and any further information you provided when you completed the application form. They will not be given access to your name or email address although you must be advised they may view both these when assessing your web site.

b - Two of our staff will now make their first visits to your web site to see if it displays any items from the disqualifiers items listed ( see upper right side navigation. ) If your web site displays any item from the list, this being verified by both of our Judges, as much as we appreciate your application, we will be unable to continue further with our assessments.

c - If we are unable to continue our assessments we will notify you of our reason for stopping the assessment with results being sent to you.

a - If no disqualification items are found within your web site during the first visits, all our staff will continue with assessments of your web site inspecting and assessing solely according to all aspects of the current Criterion.

b - When we have fully assessed your web site ( please allow up to three ( 3 ) weeks ) you will receive a notification e-mail ( near to the close of the current month or dependent upon when the assessments are completed ) informing you which Award you have achieved ( if any ), possibly notes referencing web site items we found of interest and of course, instructions on how you may link to us ( if this is applicable. )

c- It may be that your web site does not quite meet our minimum entrance points level for awards of 80 / 100. If this is indeed the case, your assessment results will be sent to you and we encourage you to keep trying.

If your application has been unsuccessful we recommend you try again after the minimum waiting period of ninety ( 90 days ) has passed from the date of your receipt of the previous assessment notification from us and after making any changes you consider required to your web site. We do not have the expectation that you will alter any aspect of your web site due to any assessment notes we provide. Changes you may make will always be considered by us to be a matter of your own personal choice.

We provide our assessment notes for your interest only. They are intended to be positive, helpful comment - not creating negativity in any way. Some of the items within the notes may no longer be applicable if you have been changing / correcting / amending your web site pages since the conclusion of our assessments.

Our assessment process is now complete and we wish you the very best with any application you may consider making.

Please note: Re-submissions are welcome as long as a minimum waiting period of ninety ( 90 days ) has passed from the date of your receipt of the previous assessment notification from us.
