The displayed Rating Badges are valid only according to the dates declared.

In respect to award rating upgrades: we do not issue automatic upgrades if our rating levels alter. Awards achieved are always only issued according to the ratings in force at the time of any application.

Whenever any of our rating levels alter, previous ratings on awards achieved by applicants will not, under any circumstances, automatically reflect the new rating. Applicants seeking a rating change will be required to reapply to our award program and to once again proceed through the assessment processes.
