I take extreme pride in the members of my assessment team. They have all been chosen for their assessment expertise and personal integrity and they are a terrific group of people. Jointly they make up what I believe is one of, if not the best group of web site assessors available. O.N.Z.C.D.A™ team members are not professionals either in the fields of web design or web site assessment; we are self taught and have been through the many struggles that all amateur web site creators face day after day as they strive to produce the best web sites they can. We never forget our 'web site origins' and over time, we have set our own standards to be applied within this award program.

Tony, is a self-taught web designer whose award program has a main goal of awarding web sites displaying reflective content on the web this including not only outstanding looks and navigation, but more importantly, content that stimulates people to think about life and current situations in all its aspects. As a college graduate, an avid reader and poet by heart, he can appreciate the variety of content there is and he would like to award sites that pursue the same goal.

Being part of the evaluation team of multiple award programs had a lot of advantages ... As no AP is exactly the same, one always enriches one's personal experience as an evaluator by looking at sites from different angles. Tony is currently on staff at U.W.S.A.G,     WebsAwards   and Belgica Excellence Index (BEI)

Long term team member, Jerry has, for the past 27 years been working on computers with experience on most personal computer platforms including Apples, Commodores, Amigas, Macs and PCs. His main expertise is in multimedia design and is unique in that he enjoys doing both the graphics as well as the programming. He has also completed many multimedia presentations and electronic brochure works for a large number of companies these including: ATT, Sharp, Mita, Lucent, Motorola, HP and Panasonic to name a few.

Several years ago Jerry began testing the waters of HTML and JavaScript and since his book was sold out, decided to put some of it up on the internet for the world to see, the results of which may be seen on his award winning site The Ol' Hook and Eye: A History of the Kishacoquillas Valley Railroad    He is owner and sole evaluator for the Smokin' Award™ award program which is specifically for railroad related web sites and is currently on staff at WebsAwards.
