All O.N.Z.C.D.A™ applicants are very special whether successful within our award program or not. Every web site has imagery, design, content and/or resources that deserve the best of awards; all designers/owners have spent countless hours of hard work creating and maintaining their web sites but in all things there are always those who stand out above the rest and it is to those web sites and their owners we pay honor within our Winners Circle. To the many applicants who have not been so successful, please accept our sincere thanks for having invited us to your web sites. You have given our staff some wonderful memories and we wish each of you the very best for the future.

An apology is offered to our award achievers from year 2000 through 2001. Many winners records covering these years are missing and unable to be replaced. Awards earned from this award program were granted according to the criteria on the date site owners applied for award assessment and over time our criteria has become more demanding making our award more difficult to achieve. Changes to web sites since receiving our awards are the sole responsibility of the award recipients.
